Please read these terms and conditions carefully as purchasing from our website means you agree to them.
You can buy tickets from us online, or by telephone (07005 942 579) or at the door on the night of the event. A charge will be added to advance purchases as a booking and postage fee. Soon after an order is placed, you will receive a paypal email confirmation for the transaction amount. We only accept payments in pound sterling.
We aim to deliver within the UK in around three days. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if your item doesn't arrive when expected, and we will investigate and ensure that you can gain access to the event.
The ticket price does not include the event programme. Programme's can be purchased on entry to the event.
In accordance with EU Regulations you have the right to cancel your ticket order within seven days of payment, or seven days of receipt of the ticket (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order you must return the tickets to the following address - Face Partnership, Unit 328, 30 Great Guildford Street, London, SE1 0HS. On receipt of the returned tickets the ticket price will be refunded directly into the account used to make the purchase. You will not receive a refund of the administration charge. We reserve the right not to provide a refund if your request is within 3 days of the date of the event or after the date of the event.
If the event is cancelled we will provide a full refund of the ticket price (less administration charge). Please allow 28 days for the refund to credit your account. All refunds will be made directly back to the account used for purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request due to changes to the event programme.
If your ticket is lost you will have to pay the entry fee on the day but we will refund the online transaction upon confirmation of your payment details - this will take up to 3 days following the event.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo or Delta. All transactions are processed using a secure server. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds.
